Here at Black Halo we have put into place the necessary measures for the safety of our customers and workers due to covid-19 to ensure that we are able to run our salon in a secure manner. To make things as easy as possible, we've provided you with an overview of how things will look at your appointment.

 

• We advise all customers to wear face masks when attending their appointment.

• Please use the hand sanitiser before entering the salon, which is provided at the door.

• Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment and we ask for you to queue outside the salon of you are early.

• Please attend your appointment alone.

• We are only accepting car payments at this time.

• If you or anyone you have been in contact with are showing symptoms of covid-19, please contact the salon asap so that we can rearrange your appointment.

• All members of staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE

• All surfaces and touchpoints will be sanitised thoroughly between each client and on every hour.
