NAIL EXTENSION TREATMENTS

Acrylic extensions are applied using acrylic liquid and powder that air dries. A colour of your choice is then applied using gel polish and is cured.

NAIL REPAIRS

Nails that are done by Black Halo are repaired for free within the first 7 days of having them done. Anything after 7 days will result in a small fee per nail.

7 day repair policy:

We run a 7-day maintenance policy at Black Halo which ensures that we will carry out any repairs that we consider are as a result of our workmanship free of charge. After the 7 day period, there will be a small fee of £2 per gel polish and £3.50 per extension.

Lateness policy: Black Halo operate a 10-minute period of discretion from the allocation appointment time. For anything after this, we cannot promise that we will still be able to honour your appointment. Please contact the salon as soon as you know that you are late, so that we can do our best to accommodate you. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy: If for whatever reason you are unable to attend your appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel/change your appointment. Anything after this point, you may be charged for the booking cost depending on the notice given.
